CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations Made 24 Hours in Advance: If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time, a full refund will be issued.
  • Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours in Advance: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time, 50% of the total amount will be charged, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Cancellations After the Service Time: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the scheduled service time.

2. Changes

  • Reservation changes must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Requests made closer to the service time may be accepted or declined depending on operational requirements.

3. Refund Process

  • Eligible refund requests will be processed within 7 business days from the cancellation date. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank’s processing times.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the reservation.

4. How to Submit Cancellation and Refund Requests

  • To request a cancellation or refund, please email us at info@shuttletaxi.net.
  • The following information must be provided in full:
    • Reservation number
    • Reservation date
    • Reason for cancellation

5. Company Liability

  • The Company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, roadworks, or road closures. However, we are committed to providing the necessary support to minimize any inconvenience to passengers in such situations.
  • If the service is canceled by the Company for operational reasons, a full refund will be provided.

6. Exceptions

  • No refunds will be issued in the case of a “no-show” (when the passenger is not present at the departure point).
  • Different refund conditions may apply for special promotions, discounted reservations, or other offers.
