ShuttleTaxi will pick you up from the sightseeing location and return you to your address in Amsterdam. This service is ideal for those who want to avoid dealing with buses and trains.

How does ShuttleTaxi work?

All you need to do is select your desired travel date and make a reservation on our website. On the travel date, we will pick you up from your address at the specified time and return you to your address after the sightseeing tour. Our website also offers other travel routes, which you can explore. Our travel prices are almost the same as train fares. By using our app, you can easily and comfortably visit the cities you wish to explore.

Things You Should Know

1. Our website offers ideal payment methods such as credit cards, Boncontact, Giropay, and PayPal. Cash payment on-site is not available.
2. You cannot reserve a seat without making a payment.
3. Orders that are unpaid or placed through platforms outside our website will not be considered.
4. The price you see when purchasing your ticket is for both the outbound and return trips.
5. You must wait at the designated location at the return time. We cannot wait for more than 5 minutes, and we must depart on time.
6. We travel directly to your destination without any stops.
7. Activities such as canal tours or other excursions at your destination must be arranged by you. Our company does not provide these services.
8. Our company does not offer tour guiding services. You may either explore on your own or arrange a guide before your trip.
9. If you do not participate in the tour or fail to arrive at the meeting point, your ticket will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.
10. Our website does not store your credit card information. Your details are stored only by payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
11. You cannot cancel your trip within 24 hours before the start of the journey.
12. You are responsible for wearing your seatbelt in the vehicle.
13. Our vehicles do not have safety seats for children. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide one if needed.
